Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. St. Louis Installations LLC is fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida. we handle all necessary permitting for our projects to ensure every job is 100% compliant with local Jacksonville building codes.
How long does a typical window or door installation take?
While every project is unique, most standard door or window replacements are completed within one business day. Larger, custom interior remodeling projects will have a specific timeline provided during your estimate.
Do you handle custom glass and modern designs?
Yes, we specialize in high-end custom glass and modern door systems that elevate the aesthetic of your home while improving energy efficiency.
What is included in the $400 rental fee?
Our standard rental includes a 2-day drop-off for a dumpster with a 2-ton (4,000 lbs) weight limit. This covers delivery, pickup, and disposal fees up to that weight.
What happens if I go over the 2-ton weight limit?
Any weight exceeding the 2-ton limit is subject to additional local landfill fees. We recommend discussing your project type with us so we can help you estimate your weight needs.
Can I keep the dumpster longer than 2 days?
Yes! Additional days can be added for just $25 per day. Just give us a call 24 hours before your scheduled pickup to extend your rental.
What items are NOT allowed in the dumpsters?
Per Florida environmental regulations, we cannot accept hazardous materials, chemicals, tires, batteries, or paints.
